FOX Unveils Comedy Slate from Burning Love Producers

LOS ANGELES: Fox Broadcasting Company has announced its first slate of comedies developed in partnership with producers Keith Quinn and Jonathan Stern (Burning Love), including the half-hour series Filthy Sexy Teen$.

That show, about two wealthy siblings attempting to re-climb the high school social ladder after being thought lost at sea, has been given an eight-episode order by multichannel network Fullscreen. Other projects include Drive Share, Criminal Records and Grand Marquee. The series are all executive-produced by Stern and Quinn via Stern’s Abominable Pictures.

“We are pleased to announce this first slate of projects, which are a direct result of the unique creative freedom and flexibility of this venture,” Quinn and Stern said. “The talented creators we are working with see the benefit in being able to shoot something right away without a long development process. A finished piece often represents a show better than a pitch or a script can.”
