FOX Orders New Seth MacFarlane Comedy

LOS ANGELES: FOX has picked up Bordertown, an animated comedy about two families living on the U.S.-Mexico border from Family Guy's Mark Hentemann and Seth MacFarlane.

The series, which has been given a 13-episode order, will take a satirical look at the cultural shifts occuring throughout America. The show is expected to air on FOX in the 2014-15 broadcast season.

Bordertwon is created and written by Hentemann (Family Guy), who will executive produce alongside MacFarlane (Family Guy). Alex Carter (Family Guy) and Dan Vebber (American Dad, Futurama) serve as co-executive producers. The series is produced by Twentieth Century Fox Television.
