Endemol Shine North America Makes Round of Appointments

LOS ANGELES: Endemol Shine North America has made a number of new appointments for its brand partnerships, research and social media/digital leadership teams, including hiring Tamaya Petteway as senior VP of brand partnerships.

Petteway is charged with identifying and developing multiplatform brand partnership opportunities for Endemol Shine North America's hit properties, including MasterChef, MasterChef Junior and The Biggest Loser. She previously served as VP of partnership marketing and development at Universal Music Group. Before that, she spent nearly a decade at CORE Media's 19 Entertainment, including as VP of brand partnerships.

Marisa Hammonds has become VP of digital and social media. Based in L.A., she will be responsible for managing the digital and social media strategy for the company's television shows. Her former position was director of digital for Shine America, where she launched partnerships for MasterChef and The Biggest Loser.

Kevin Ivey was named VP of research and insights. In that role, he will supervise Endemol Shine North America's in-house research and audience insights division. His previous title was executive director of research at Shine America. Earlier in his career, he worked for NBCUniversal, OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network and ABC.

Kelia Tardiff has become VP of business and brand development. She will identify and develop multiplatform brand partnership opportunities for such properties as The Biggest Loser, MasterChef and So You Think You Can Dance. She first joined Endemol Shine in 2007, holding roles in creative affairs and reality development. Before that, she worked for MTV Networks.

Both Tardiff and Chris Specht, who also serves as VP of business and brand development, will report to Petteway.

"Tamaya brings deep experience, strong relationships and great creativity to this role—exactly the executive caliber to run the Endemol Shine Brand team," said Vivi Zigler, the president of digital, brand and audience development at Endemol Shine North America. "And elevating Marisa, Kevin and Kelia into new leadership roles demonstrates the value of their contributions and our commitment to our network and brand partners."

Zigler added: "We've now developed a structure that puts marketing, research, brand partnerships, licensing and digital all into one operational unit, allowing us to be creative, nimble and effective launching a television show, creating a digital network or developing a campaign for a brand partner or licensee."
