LOS ANGELES: E! has tapped Noah Pollack, most recently the VP of reality programming at Lifetime, as its new senior VP of programming and developing.

At Lifetime, Pollack had been overseeing the development and production of such series and pilots as Pretty Wicked Moms, The Week the Women Went and The Houstons: On Our Own. He was previously the VP of series development and original programming at VH1 and before that was at USA Network and Bunim/Murray Productions.

At E!, Pollack will report to Jeff Olde, the executive VP of programming and development. He will be looking after series development and original programming across a range of genres.

Noah brings a proven track record as a development executive who has the respect and spirit of partnership with the creative community—the lifeblood of any successful network,” said Olde. “His instinctive ability to tap into the cultural zeitgeist and create shows that harness that spirit is perfectly suited to our pop culture brand. I am absolutely thrilled that he is joining our talented team.”
