LOS ANGELES: DIRECTV, the home of Entertainment One Television's Rogue, has ordered You Me Her, a new comedy series from the company.

The show was created for TV by John Scott Shepherd (Save Me, The Days), based on an article written by John H. Richardson for Playboy Magazine called “Sugar on Top.” The 10×30-minute comedy will run on the DTH platform's Audience Network. It is being financed, produced and distributed worldwide by eOne. You Me Her focuses on a three-way relationship that includes a married couple from the suburbs.

“We are excited to partner with eOne again to bring You Me Her to our viewers," said Chris Long, DIRECTV's senior VP of original content and production. "Audience Network always strives to feature a wide-ranging slate of programming that is unlike anything else on television and we have once again succeeded with You Me Her.”

You Me Her presents an alternative world inside a beloved genre," said John Morayniss, the CEO of eOne Television. "It offers a seductive, cheeky and intriguing window into the emotional highs and lows that inevitably result from the complications of romantic entanglements…especially when there are more than two people involved. We are pleased to partner with DIRECTV again and look forward to even more successes together."

The suspense drama Rogue is in season three.
