NEW YORK: A new agreement with Open Road Films sees Comedy Central taking the first window broadcast premiere for the Marlon Wayans comedy A Haunted House as well as Dax Shepard’s Hit & Run.

A Haunted House heads into its first broadcast window in March 2015 and will be exclusive to all Viacom Media Networks. The first position for Hit & Run will start in November 2014.

“We are excited to have formed what we hope to be a lasting partnership with Open Road Films,” said David Bernath, the executive VP of program strategy and multiplatform programming at Comedy Central.

Rand Stoll, the head of TV sales for Open Road, added, “Comedy Central is the perfect home for A Haunted House and Hit & Run and we are thrilled to be in business with them on these and hopefully future titles.”
