CBS Daytime Lineup Stays in Place for 2013-14 Season

LOS ANGELES: The Bold and the Beautiful, The Talk, The Price is Right and Let’s Make a Deal have all received pickups from CBS for its daytime schedule for the 2013-14 season.

The Bold and the Beautiful, which is about to celebrate its 26th anniversary, is touted as the most-watched dramatic series in the world. The Talk is currently averaging 2.35 million viewers, up 11 percent from last year. The long-running game show The Price is Right recently celebrated its 40th anniversary and is averaging 4.3 million viewers. Let’s Make a Deal is growing by double-digit percentages in key demos. As previously announced, The Young and the Restless is also coming back. The show is about to celebrate its 40th year on air.
