CBS All Access Subscription Service Hits Roku


NEW YORK: CBS All Access, the digital SVOD live streaming service from CBS Television Network, is now available on the Roku platform.

CBS All Access will offer Roku player and Roku TV users thousands of episodes from the current season, previous seasons and classic shows on demand, as well as the ability to stream local CBS television stations live in 14 of the largest U.S. markets. Offerings include new series Scorpion, Madam Secretary, NCIS: New Orleans and The Odd Couple, as well as past seasons of The Good Wife, Blue Bloods and Survivor. Among the classics featured on the service are Star Trek, Cheers, Touched by an Angel and CSI: Miami.

“The launch of the CBS All Access Channel marks the first of many connected device platforms we’ll be bringing this service to in the coming months,” said Marc DeBevoise, the executive VP and general manager of entertainment, sports and news for CBS Interactive. “This launch brings us even closer to delivering on our promise to give our viewers access to more of CBS’s world-class programming on whichever platform they choose.”
