Casts of This Is Us, Veep Score SAG Award Wins

At last night’s Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Awards, This Is Us took home the win for outstanding performance by an ensemble in a drama series, while Veep landed that honor in the comedy series category.

Veep star Julia Louis-Dreyfus was recognized for outstanding performance by a female actor in a comedy series, and Shameless star William H. Macy won for outstanding performance by a male actor in a comedy series.

Sterling K. Brown was recognized for his individual performance in a drama series for This Is Us, and Claire Foy landed the actress win in that category for her performance in The Crown.

In the TV movie/limited series arena, both performance nods went to stars of Big Little Lies: Nicole Kidman and Alexander Skarsgård.

Outstanding action performance by a stunt ensemble in a comedy or drama series went to Game of Thrones.
