Bruce Tuchman & David Bishop Join Parrot Analytics Board


BEVERLY HILLS: Data science company Parrot Analytics has appointed industry veterans Bruce Tuchman and David Bishop to its board of directors.

Parrot Analytics offers a global cross-platform, country-specific audience demand measurement system. In addition to their participation as members of Parrot Analytics’s broad of directors, both Tuchman and Bishop plan to invest in the company in the coming months.

Tuchman, a former president of AMC Global and the Sundance Channel Global, is currently an investor, advisor and entrepreneur in the global media and technology sectors. He serves as chairman of the Americas Fund for the London School of Economics and chairman of the National Council of the University of Michigan’s Performing Arts Society. He is also a member of the executive committee and the board of directors at the International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.

Tuchman said: “Traditional panel-based measurement services are not meeting the demands of an increasingly fractured and data-starved media market. Bishop is a former president of Sony Pictures Home Entertainment and MGM Home Entertainment. As president of David Bishop Media, he advises companies on revenue expansion and develops leaders and organizations. He also sits on the advisory board of The Annenberg School of the University of Southern California Third Space Initiative. He has also been a member of the advisory boards of Stanford University’s Positive Coaching Alliance and the Graziadio School of Business & Management’s mentoring program at Pepperdine University. His philanthropic activities include serving as chairman of the philanthropy committee at the Los Angeles Foodbank. Bishop was also founding co-chairman of Fast Forward to End Hunger with Oscar-winner Jeff Bridges.
