beIN SPORTS and Verizon Fios have settled on terms for a distribution renewal, resolving a carriage dispute that saw the sports service being dropped from the provider’s lineup.

The renewal ensures that beIN SPORTS and beIN SPORTS EN ESPAÑOL will continue to deliver sports programming—including international soccer matches from La Liga and Ligue 1; races from the MotoGP and MotoAmerica championship series; and tennis matches featuring the world’s top players from the Women’s Tennis Association—to Fios customers. The contract renewal will also allow for viewers to watch beIN SPORTS’ news and analysis studio shows, including The XTRA, The Locker Room and Imparables.

“This renewal with this valued distribution partner could not come at a more exciting time, as we approach the start of the soccer and Conference USA football seasons,” said Antonio Briceño, deputy managing director of beIN SPORTS North America. “These popular sporting events have proven to be fan favorites and we’re thrilled that our loyal viewers and fans won’t miss a minute of the action.”
