BBC America to Broadcast The Brit Awards

NEW YORK: As the exclusive U.S. home for The Brit Awards, BBC America will air the ceremony on February 22 at 9 p.m., the same day as in the U.K.

The 2017 awards will be held at London’s famed O2 Arena and will be hosted by Dermot O’Leary and Emma Willis. This year will celebrate the awards’ 37th show since its debut year in 1977. Performers will include Ed Sheeran, Bruno Mars, Little Mix, The 1975, Emeli Sandé, Skepta and Robbie Williams.

The Brit Awards join BBC America’s February lineup that also features Planet Earth II and EE BAFTA Film Awards.
