Atlanta Producer Paul Simms Inks Overall Deal with FX Productions

FX Productions (FXP) has signed writer and producer Paul Simms to an exclusive overall TV production deal.

Under his overall production deal with FXP, Simms will develop, write and produce TV projects exclusively for FXP. Simms is an executive producer of the hit FX comedy Atlanta and will continue as an EP on the show. He has written for The Larry Sanders Show, Flight of the Conchords, Girls and NewsRadio, which he created.

“We’ve had a great experience working with Paul on Atlanta,” said Nick Grad, co-president of original programming at FX Networks and FX Productions. “Paul has a track record of success and we look forward to him developing new projects for FXP.”
