David Nevins Upped at Showtime

LOS ANGELES: David Nevis has been elevated to the newly created role of president of Showtime Networks, signing a new contract with the company through 2018.

The expanded leadership role sees Nevins adding oversight for Showtime Sports and the company's marketing, creative and digital media divisions. Nevins has been with Showtime since 2010, when he joined as president of entertainment. In the new role, he continues to report to Matthew Blank, the chairman and CEO of Showtime Networks.
