Osiris Lands Rights to Horror Film

LOS ANGELES: Osiris Entertainment has signed an agreement with Mexico’s Producciones Cinematograficas Lobo S.A. de C.V. for the theatrical, television and home-entertainment rights to The Eves.

CoNation Film Productions’ The Eves is about a group of young people who are stranded at a secluded hunting lodge after their car breaks down.

The thriller stars Matthew Albrecht (Listen to Your Heart), Cathy Baron (A Good Knight’s Quest), Stewart Calhoun (You, Only Better) and Amelia Meyers (General Hospital).

"The Eves turns the ‘teens trapped in the woods’ genre on its head by offering a compelling narrative fronted by a seriously talented cast," said Seda Melkoni, the international affairs coordinator for Osiris Entertainment. "I am delighted that the film is making its way to Mexican viewers via Producciones Cinematograficas, a distributor with an unmatched reputation throughout the country."
