NBC has added to its summer lineup the competition game show Ultimate Slip ‘N Slide, inspired by the classic backyard slide.

A fresh take on Wham-O’s 1960s outdoor game, the show is set in a real-life water park full of gigantic slippery rides, offering contestants the chance to take home a cash prize. Saturday Night Live alum, comedian and actor Bobby Moynihan and comedian, actor and writer Ron Funches will host.

Ultimate Slip ‘N Slide will have a special two-night premiere on August 8 at 10:30 p.m., following the Closing Ceremony of the Summer Olympics.

“NBC is proud to be the home of some of the biggest and most outrageous physical competition shows and we’re thrilled to add this larger-than-life version of the classic backyard game to our summer lineup,” said Jenny Groom, executive VP of unscripted content at NBCUniversal Television and Streaming. “What better way to celebrate all the gold medals from the Olympic Summer Games than to give everyday people the opportunity to soar down an extraordinary 65-foot-tall slippery yellow slide.”
