Twofour Rights has inked sales with partners across Europe for 130 hours of its factual and factual-entertainment titles such as Give It a Year.

Medialaan Belgium picked up a package of Twofour Group’s hit international brand Extreme Cake Makers and the long-running series The Hotel Inspector. Both Extreme Cake Makers and The Hotel Inspector were also sold to M6 France, which snapped up 56 hours in its agreement. M6’s package also includes This Time Next Year, with two seasons of the U.K. version, the U.S. version and the Australian version covered in the deal.

Discovery Italy acquired the rights to air This Time Next Year. Meanwhile, Sky Italia will air a package of shows that includes Extreme Cake Makers and a wedding special, as well as World’s Most Expensive Presents and Hidden Restaurants.

In the Benelux, VRT Belgium secured rights to air the series Second Chance Summer, while RTL Holland licensed Give It a Year, Twofour’s brand-new business “time travel” series featuring Baroness Karren Brady. In addition, Discovery Spain secured the latest season of Impossible Engineering.

The sales were brokered by Eniela Bella, who said, “It’s incredible to see these titles resonate so well with our key buyers in Europe and it is a testament to the strength and breadth of our burgeoning catalog.”
