Are You Going to Eat It? Returning for Second Season in Spain

The factual-entertainment show ¿Te Lo Vas a Comer? (Are You Going to Eat It?) from Cuarzo Producciones, a Banijay Group company, has been recommissioned for a sophomore run by Spain’s La Sexta.

The series sees chef Alberto Chicote (Top Chef, Kitchen Nightmares) investigate complaints made by the public about food quality, hygiene and safety at various food services across Spain. Season two will follow as Chicote explores the culinary worlds of universities, the military, schools and elite sports centers, amongst others.

The series’ first season was La Sexta’s best launch in four years, averaging 1.9 million viewers. The series is executive produced by Cuarzo Producciones’ Juan Ramón Gonzalo and Margarita Luis, and distributed by Banijay Rights.
