TCB Media Rights has secured deals for 200 hours of factual and factual-entertainment titles, including World’s Wildest Weather, in the Nordic territories.

TV4 in Sweden scooped up a 90-hour package that includes the first nine seasons of Border Patrol, seasons 5 to 12 of Bondi Rescue and Highland Midwives. TV2 Denmark inked a package deal for more than 40 hours. That agreement covers all three seasons of Animal Airport, Elizabeth, Stalkers and Cyber Scammers.

CBS Reality, meanwhile, picked up two seasons of Scandal Made Me Famous and four seasons of Murder Made Me Famous. Both series will air on CBS Reality’s EMEA feed in the Nordics and CEE. BBC Studios acquired World’s Wildest Weather for its BBC Earth Nordic and CEEMEA channels. Additionally, easyJet: Inside the Cockpit is headed to DR Denmark, while Diana and the Paparazzi is set to air on TV2 Norway. Seasons 11 and 12 of Border Patrol and season 9 of Bondi Rescue were licensed by Finnish media group Sanoma.

Mem Bakar, senior sales manager at TCB Media Rights, said, “It’s universally accepted that the Nordic region is a competitive, sophisticated and highly discerning market, where freshness and originality are the minimum content requirements. Against this backdrop, our continued success across these territories is particularly gratifying.”
