Pilgrim Media Group Bolsters Development Team

Lionsgate’s Pilgrim Media Group has made several key executive promotions in its development team, including upping Tom Huffman to chief creative officer.

Huffman joined Pilgrim in 2019 and has played an integral role in reshaping the company’s development division and expanding its content offerings.

Lauren Lemieux has been promoted to VP and head of development. Lemieux joined the company in 2018 and has also played an integral role in reshaping the division.

Scott Eldridge, senior VP of original content, has expanded his role to become head of true crime. Like Huffman, Eldridge joined the company in 2019.

Additional promotions include Michael Dunn to executive director of development, Christian Navarrete to director of development and Lauren Mickle to coordinator. Cara Groom joins Pilgrim from Lionsgate as director of development.
