Patrick Cameron Appointed to Cream Creative Team

Cream Productions has expanded its creative team with the appointment of industry vet and producer Patrick Cameron as the company’s head of production.

In the new role, Cameron will oversee the production of Cream’s slate of series and specials, which air across multiple networks in the U.S. and Canada. He will report to the company’s president, Kate Harrison.

Cameron has a long history with the company, having served as a producer on many Cream projects, including Blood & Fury: America’s Civil War for America Heroes Channel, as well as Fear Thy Neighbor for Investigation Discovery (ID). He also worked on Web of Lies and Paranormal Witness, both for ID, in addition to You Bury Your Own, 20 Moves and I Declare War. He also directed and produced the documentaries Ride and Alone Across the Arctic.

Along with his film and TV credits, Cameron is known for his ventures Samaritan Entertainment, PCMWorldwide and TwoThreeFive Films, where he managed the development, financing and production of upward of 800 music videos and commercials.
