Paramount Network Names New Unscripted Development, Production SVP

Paramount Network has hired veteran television executive Lauren Dolgen to be the brand’s senior VP of unscripted development and production.

In her role at Paramount Network, Dolgen will lead the unscripted development team and oversee original productions and the efforts to expand Paramount Network’s unscripted original programming slate. Dolgen, who will officially assume her new position on June 3, will be based in Los Angeles and report to Keith Cox, president of development and production for Paramount Network and TV Land.

Dolgen joins Paramount Network from BuzzFeed, where she was the head of BuzzFeed Studios and spearheaded building its portfolio with original development and development based on the media company’s IP portfolio. Prior to Buzzfeed, Dolgen was head of West Coast development for Viceland. She began her career at MTV, where she had credits on such series as 16 & Pregnant, Teen MomTeen Mom 2Rob & Big, The Real WorldPunk’dAmerica’s Best Dance Crew, Jackass and more.
