LONDON: Parade Media and Australian indie Projucer have agreed to a first-look deal.

The agreement will see Parade work with Projucer to develop and produce original lifestyle titles, which it will distribute internationally. Three new series are already in development, including Andy & Ben Eat Australia, a 15-part food and travel show.

Projucer is a digital studio and branded content company focused on building commercial IP in original programming. The company is behind series such as Andy & Ben Eat the World, commissioned for Network Ten in Australia. The series has also been sold to Nat Geo People.

Matthew Ashcroft, Parade’s managing director, said, “Projucer are breaking new ground in multiplatform narratives and we are delighted to be entering a new and exciting phase with Matty, Josh and the entire Projucer team.”

Josh Capelin, the managing partner of Projucer, added, “Parade represents an exciting step for us to increase our foray into innovative television formats by working with Matthew and his network of leading and emerging talent—all of whom demand fresh concepts and alternative approaches to content, which is the stuff we excel in.”
