Outdoor Channel & Parade in Content & Equity Partnership

The pay-TV lifestyle network Outdoor Channel and indie producer-distributor Parade Media have entered into a content and equity partnership for Asia.

Outdoor Channel is licensing several hundred hours of Parade’s content, and at the same time, Parade Media will become a strategic equity partner in the Outdoor Channel. The partnership will also involve the launch of a new lifestyle brand, MyLife, which will air as a nightly prime-time block on Outdoor Channel throughout Southeast and North Asia, with Australia and New Zealand to follow later.
