Unknown, a four-part documentary event from Story Syndicate that pushes the boundaries of knowledge through exploration, is slated to debut on Netflix on July 3.

Released weekly, each episode ventures into unexplored regions and unlocks the secrets of the world. The first episode follows two of the world’s most famous Egyptologists as one searches for the long-lost pyramid of a forgotten king and the other looks for an unlooted tomb.

Other episodes delve into how AI is and can be used in warfare, the world’s oldest graveyard and NASA’s mission to launch the James Webb Space Telescope.

The first episode is directed by Max Salomon, the second by Jesse Sweet, the third by Mark Mannucci and the fourth by Shai Gal.
