Beginning July 25, National Geographic’s Monday nights will feature the new culinary series Gordon Ramsay: Uncharted Showdown and World of Flavor with Big Moe Cason.

In Gordon Ramsay’s new show, the renowned chef and restaurateur faces off against U.K. chefs Paul Ainsworth and Matt Waldron, who got their starts in Ramsay kitchens before opening their own restaurants. In the final episode, Ramsay goes head-to-head with his daughter Tilly in a Costa Rican cook-off.

The new series is produced by Studio Ramsay Global, with Ramsay, Lisa Edwards, Tom Willis and Jon Kroll executive producing. Betsy Forhan executive produces for National Geographic.

Following Gordon Ramsay: Uncharted Showdown on Monday nights, World of Flavor with Big Moe Cason sees the titular U.S. Navy veteran leave his culinary comforts behind and embark on a journey to seek out the best dishes cooked over open flames. While diving for fresh conch in the Bahamas, roasting alligator in Louisiana and braving piranha-infested waters in Colombia, Cason explores the many connections between American barbecue and cultures around the world.

World of Flavor with Big Moe Cason is produced by Hit + Run. For Hit + Run, executive producers are Rob Shaftel and Elizabeth Ashe, and co-executive producers are Matt Koed and Noah Korn. For National Geographic, Sean David Johnson is executive producer.

Both series will debut on July 25, with Gordon Ramsay: Uncharted Showdown running through August 8 and World of Flavor with Big Moe Cason airing through August 15.
