MagellanTV & Nigel Marven Ink Content Pact

MagellanTV has partnered with travel and wildlife TV presenter, conservationist and author Nigel Marven to produce and star in original content for the documentary streaming service.

Per the deal, MagellanTV and Marven will launch the original feature documentary Wild El Salvador—In the Shadow of the Volcano with Nigel Marven later this year. The doc will see Marven explore Central America and discover the creatures that live in the shadows of its volcanoes.

Greg Diefenbach, MagellanTV’s managing director, said: “MagellanTV’s members love Nigel Marven. This partnership with Nigel allows us to further our commitment to exciting travel and natural history with a legendary on-camera talent who embodies ‘adventure’ and the spirit of MagellanTV.”

Our new film will be revelatory. The smallest country in Central America has over 100 volcanoes, a recently discovered population of pumas and an extraordinary Festival of Fire.”
