Love Nature’s wildlife and nature linear channel has launched on the Mexican pay-TV platform StarTV.

The channel, a joint venture between Blue Ant Media and Smithsonian Networks, delivers shows such as Icon Films’ Malawi Wildlife Rescue and Oxford Scientific Films’ Dogs with Extraordinary Jobs, as well as content from its Camp Zambia programming slate.

“As we grow Love Nature’s fan base around the world, LatAm continues to be an important market, allowing us to tap into an ever-growing audience that is passionate about wildlife and nature programming that the whole family can enjoy,” said Julio Sobral, senior VP for LatAm and U.S. channel distribution at Love Nature.

“We are thrilled to share that Love Nature has been added to StarTV’s roster of premium channels in Mexico, meeting our audience’s growing demand for stunning wildlife and nature programming,” said Bruno Pruneda, managing director of StarTV.
