ITV America has entered into a development and production partnership with former prosecutor and TV producer Marcia Clark.

The agreement will see ITV America and Clark, who is perhaps most well-known for prosecuting O.J. Simpson, work together to develop unscripted series for broadcast, cable and OTT platforms. Working across the ITV America group of production labels, Clark will serve as executive producer on all projects she develops, with the option to appear on camera as well.

She recently partnered with ITV Entertainment on the A&E series Marcia Clark Investigates the First 48, which premieres March 29. Clark executive produces and is lead investigator on the series.

Clark said, “Having had such an incredible experience working alongside David Eilenberg and everyone at ITV America on Marcia Clark Investigates the First 48, I could not imagine partnering with a better group of people. ITV America shares my vision and passion to unearth unique stories that bring important issues and individuals to light, which makes this partnership the most natural fit. I’m looking forward to continuing to lend my voice to the television landscape and am thrilled to have ITV America in the trenches with me.”

ITV America Chief Creative Officer David Eilenberg added, “As someone dedicated to exposing the truth in important stories that have not fully been told, Marcia is invaluable to the process of developing and producing content in this space. We are thrilled to be her partner and to provide a platform for her passion in championing these stories and the people whose lives are affected by them.”
