FremantleMedia North America Taps CMT Alum Jayson Dinsmore

FremantleMedia North America (FMNA) has hired TV industry veteran Jayson Dinsmore as president of alternative programming and development.

In his new position, Dinsmore will be responsible for driving FMNA’s domestic and global development strategy within the unscripted genre. He is expected to cultivate continuous growth in order to maintain the company’s position as a leading provider of unscripted entertainment. He will source, develop, pitch and produce original programming.

Most recently, Dinsmore was executive VP of production and development for CMT. Earlier in his career, he worked at NBC Entertainment for more than ten years, as senior VP and VP of alternative programming and development.
