Foxtel Unveils Fox Docos

Foxtel is set to launch Fox Docos, which will feature a catalog of documentary content from around the world.

The Fox Docos library will offer more than 600 hours of programming from HBO in addition to content from the Foxtel catalog. The brand’s launch will be headlined by NYC Epicenters 9/11-2021½, a new four-part documentary from Spike Lee that chronicles life, loss and survival in New York City over the 20 years since the September 11 attacks.

Also premiering on Fox Docos in September are the HBO documentaries Obama: In Pursuit of a More Perfect Union and In the Same Breath, which recounts the origin and spread of Covid-19.

Fox Docos will also be home to a number of Foxtel original documentaries, including Walking with Grace, following Australian of the Year Grace Tame as she leads a bush walk of self-empowerment, discovery and healing. Further, it will showcase such sports documentary storytelling as Swell Chasers, a surfing odyssey from Australian director Tim Bonython. There’s also Lauda, about Niki Lauda, a three-time F1 World Drivers’ Champion; and Tiger—a look at the rise, fall and comeback Tiger Woods.

Fox Docos launches on September 1, and will be available to Foxtel customers through linear programming and on demand.
