Espresso Media Licenses Package to Al Jazeera

Espresso Media International has licensed a package of over 20 documentaries to Al Jazeera, including history, arts and current affairs programming.

“We are very pleased to be completing another license deal with Al Jazeera on a broad range of arts, culture, current affairs and history titles,” said David Hooper, managing director of Espresso Media. “Espresso has a long history of working with Al Jazeera; we are delighted they continue to champion important, entertaining documentaries in a challenging marketplace.”

The current affairs and history lineup features titles such as Below the Belt, Meanwhile, 38 Minutes to Live and Kaepernick & America. Arts and culture titles are Picasso: My First Time and Project Home.

Science documentaries featured will be The Man Who Stole Einstein’s Brain, The New Human, The Scent of Fear and Zero Gravity. The remainder of the package includes titles such as A Crack in the Mountain, Legends End: The Loch Ness Monster Story and Cynara.
