51 Minds Entertainment, a division of Endemol Shine North America, has promoted three executives on its development team, including Chris Kinsella, who was named executive VP of development.

Jessica Bofshever has been upped to senior VP of development and Hanan Abdelaal to VP of development. Moving forward, Kinsella will oversee all development initiatives for male-skewing and crime-focused networks, while Bofshever will lead development for pop culture and lifestyle-skewing outlets.

Kinsella has been with 51 Minds since 2010, most recently serving as senior VP of development. Kinsella has played an integral role in developing many of 51 Minds’ recent hits, including Truck Night in America, The Grand Hustle, Sisterhood of Hip Hop and Broken Skull Challenge.

Bofshever had served as VP of development at 51 Minds since April 2016. She originally joined 51 Minds as director of development in 2014.

Abdelaal, who formerly served as senior director of development, joined 51 Minds in spring 2016.

51 Minds Entertainment President Christian Sarabia said: “We are coming off one of our strongest years ever at 51 Minds and a great deal of that success can be attributed to our amazingly talented development team. Chris, Jessica and Hanan are three of the best in the business—creative, forward-thinking and delivering some of the most original, fresh content in our industry.”
