Bomanbridge Media has licensed Delicacy Hunter: On the Silk Road, which features British chef Jamie Bilbow, to National Geographic Asia.

The 6×30-minute series will be airing on National Geographic People from this December as a special holiday event. Produced by IFA Media, the show follows Bilbow on a gastronomic adventure to find Chinese food with a link to the Silk Road trade route.

Sonia Fleck, CEO of Bomanbridge Media, said: “I am thrilled that Chef Jamie offers a completely local and engaging experience using his great people and food skills, (not to mention his perfect mandarin) while on the Silk Road. His style of interaction with those he meets is a really fresh approach to the lifestyle productions currently on air.”
