Critical Content Acquires T Group Productions

Critical Content has closed a transaction to acquire the assets of T Group Productions, which has produced such series as Ozzy & Jack’s World Detour, Very Cavalleri and Storage Hunters.

Under the terms of the acquisition, T Group’s slate of TV productions has been merged into Critical Content.

Jenny Daly, who founded T Group Productions in 2010, has been named president of Critical Content Studios, where she will oversee day-to-day management of development and production of the combined Critical Content and T Group slates. Tom Forman, Critical Content’s founder and CEO, will expand his scope to capitalize on strategic growth opportunities, develop “transformative formats” for streaming and broadcast platforms and extend the company’s footprint internationally.
