Boat Rocker Secures Sales for Secrets in… Franchise

Boat Rocker has closed a raft of sales for titles in its unscripted Secrets in… franchise in Europe, Canada, Latin America, Asia and Australia.

Seasons one and two of Secrets in the Ice, exploring the mysteries that have been locked away underneath ice around the world for centuries, was picked up by AETN in the U.K. and Benelux, Seven.One in Germany, Foxtel in Australia, A&E Ole in Latin America, Bell Media in Canada and more.

Dox TV, the Czech Republic’s FTV Prima, Iberia’s Multicanal, Italy’s RTI, and Yugoslavia’s Parva also acquired Secrets in the Ice.

A third season of the series is in the works from Shark Teeth Films and will be available in fall 2023. Boat Rocker is already negotiating with numerous broadcasters for presales.

Deals for Secrets in the Jungle were also closed, with the series being picked up by Seven.One in Germany; RTL in Italy; Multicanal in Iberia, FTV Prima in the Czech Republic; Dox TV in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Servia, Kosovo and Slovenia; Foxtel in Australia; and JEI in South Korea.
