Authentic Entertainment Alum Named to Exec Role at 3 Ball


Seasoned unscripted executive Paul O’Malley has been tapped by 3 Ball Entertainment (Bar Rescue, World’s Most Amazing Dog) to serve as its VP of development and casting.

O’Malley will report to 3 Ball President Ronak Kordestani. He joins the company from Authentic, where he worked for six years, serving as head of casting before being named VP of development. While at the company, O’Malley developed and cast series, including TLC’s Trading Spaces and Toddlers and Tiaras, Esquire’s White Collar Brawlers and Knife Fight, GSN’s It Takes a Church, FYI’s Waterfront House Hunting and CNBC’s upcoming Listing Impossible.

He also worked in production on series such as RuPaul’s Drag Race, American Gladiators, MTV’s Parental Control and Bravo’s Tabitha Takes Over, as well as more than 70 episodes of GSN’s hit show Baggage. He began his entertainment career working on NBC’s Deal or No Deal.
