Julian Althaus Tapped to Oversee Autentic’s Channels Business

Julian Althaus has been promoted at Autentic, taking on oversight for the company’s growing FAST and YouTube channels business while retaining responsibility for digital sales.

In his new role, Althaus will oversee the management and growth of Autentic’s channel activities and digital distribution. The unit currently operates seven FAST channels, including Terra Mater WILD and Autentic History, as well as YouTube channels such as Autentic Documentary. He will also continue to be responsible for global digital sales at Autentic Distribution.

Autentic has also appointed Thomas Handl as the new YouTube Manager. Starting in October, he will be responsible for managing Autentic’s YouTube channels. Handl previously managed YouTube operations at Studio 100 and Toon2Tango.
