Autentic Distribution Inks International Deals

Autentic Distribution has sold a host of programs around the world, including the docuseries Colossal Machines.

Produced by Go Button Media and Autentic’s production unit, the six-part series strips down the design of some of the world’s unique colossal machines and reveals the mechanical secrets that make them work. National Geographic prebought the series to air worldwide, excluding German-speaking territories and the U.S.

SPIEGEL Geschichte and ServusTV acquired Colossal Machines for the German-speaking territories.

France’s RMC Découverte picked up both seasons of Stone Men, following the men managing three marble quarries in the Apuan Alps in Italy. The company also picked up What Went Wrong, revisiting catastrophes that changed the lives of thousands.

In Switzerland, SRF acquired Survival of the Fittest in the Alps, History of Speed and Life from Space.

SBS Australia bought Druids—The Mystery of Celtic Priests and China’s New Silk Road—From Yiwu to Madrid.
