Highway Thru Hell Reaches 200th Episode

Highway Thru Hell, from Thunderbird Entertainment’s Great Pacific Media, is set to air its 200th episode on USA Network on March 4.

Since debuting in 2012, Highway Thru Hell has continued to tell the real stories of the recovery operators and highway crews who fight to keep the highway open in one of the most treacherous routes in North America through British Columbia’s mountains.

Episode 200 offers a rare insider perspective on “Snow Protocol” as heavy rescue teams and highway crews battle one of the most extreme storms of the year to keep the Coquihalla Highway open.

With the March 4 broadcast, the series joins the ranks of other factual and reality series that have reached the 200th episode feat, including Ghost Hunters, Myth Busters and Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

Season 14 of Highway Thru Hell is now in production at Great Pacific Media in partnership with Bell Media. Banijay Rights distributes the series internationally.

Highway Thru Hell’s success in Canada, the U.S. and globally is due to the heavy rescue companies and highway crews that permit our talented production team to document the life-saving work that they do every day,” said David Way, CEO of Great Pacific Media. “We need to thank the entire dedicated cast of Highway Thru Hell, our steadfast partners at Bell Media and the legions of fans in Canada and around the world for getting us to this moment. With another season already in production, this journey is set to continue.”

“Wow, 200 episodes is an incredible accomplishment,” commented Jamie Davis, series star and founder of Jamie Davis Towing Company, who has appeared in all 13 seasons. “I want to thank each and every one of our dedicated fans for helping us reach this incredible milestone. We love sharing our stories with you, and there’s so much more to come. Highway Thru Hell is one road we hope never ends.”
