Local Version of Telefe’s Forever Julia Airing in the Middle East

BUENOS AIRES: A local adaptation of Telefe’s novela Forever Julia has been launched in the Middle East, under the name Seerat Hob (Story of Love).

The Arabic version, which debuted June 29, is broadcast daily in Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates exclusively by OSN HD Yahala. Future broadcasts are planned on various channels throughout the Middle East and North Africa.

This version of the telenovela is set for two seasons, the first consisting of 30 episodes and the second of 60. The cast includes Lebanese actress Cyrine Abd Al Nour, Khaled Selim of Egypt and Syria’s Maxim Khalil.

The original Forever Julia has been licensed to more than 20 countries throughout the world, including Albania, Bulgaria, Chile, Colombia, Spain, Guatemala, Indonesia, Israel and Turkey, among others. Local adaptations have also appeared in the U.S., Portugal and Mexico.
