HISTORY Vault VOD Service Launches in South Africa

HISTORY’s video-on-demand service HISTORY Vault has debuted in South Africa, marking the first launch for the platform outside of North America.

Targeted to information junkies, history lovers and HISTORY fans, HISTORY Vault offers curated collections such as Mankind: The Story of All of Us, Cities from the Underworld, Mummies Day, Sex, Drugs and Rock ‘n Roll, World War II: The World in Crisis and Secrets of the Dark Ages. HISTORY Vault will include HD content culled from over 30 collections in its first three months, with new collections to be added on a weekly basis.

In South Africa, HISTORY Vault is available to DStv customers on Catch Up Plus on DStv Now online or through the app, and also DSTV Explora set-top boxes connected to the internet.
