Wonder Pets: In the City Debuting in December

Apple TV+ has slated the premiere of Nickelodeon Animation’s Wonder Pets: In the City for December 13.

The new preschool series introduces Izzy the Guinea Pig, Tate the Snake and Zuri the Bunny, heroic classroom pets who live in a kindergarten in New York City and travel around the globe to rescue animals in musical adventures. It is developed by Emmy Award winner Jennifer Oxley (Peg + Cat, Wonder Pets!).

The series features Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, Tony and Pulitzer Prize winners as composers, including Bobby Lopez, Jason Robert Brown, Tom Kitt, Matthew Sklar and Larry Hochman, and is accompanied by the FILMharmonic Orchestra.

The three heroes are voiced by newcomers Victoria Scola-Giampapa, Vanessa Huszar and Christopher Sean Cooper Jr.

Wonder Pets: In the City is executive produced by Oxley and Steve Altiere, with Grammy and Emmy Award winner Jeffrey Lesser as co-executive producer.
