Canada’s Sinking Ship Entertainment has secured new sales for the children’s comedic math series Odd Squad and the STEM series Annedroids.

Odd Squad has been picked up by Kixi in Germany. Annedroids, meanwhile, has been acquired by POP in the U.K. and by the Mexican educational broadcast television network Canal Once for its third and fourth seasons.

Kate Sanagan, Sinking Ship’s head of sales and distribution, said: “Both Annedroids and Odd Squad continue to travel the world and add new broadcast partners and fans, as they both resonate with kids and parents all over.”

These latest sales come on the heels of the recent acquisition of Odd Squad by HBO Max for non-exclusive SVOD rights to the first two seasons for Latin America. The series is set to premiere on the platform this year.

Odd Squad is co-produced by Sinking Ship Entertainment and Fred Rogers Productions for PBS KIDS, in association with TVOkids. An Amazon Prime original series, Annedroids was created by J.J. Johnson and produced by Sinking Ship Entertainment in association with broadcasters TVOkids, SRC and KiKA.
