Nick Picks Up International Rights for The Day Henry Met

DUBLIN: Nickelodeon has acquired the international broadcast rights for the award-winning preschool series The Day Henry Met, which currently airs on Nick Jr. in the U.K. and Australia.

The show’s 26×5-minute first season will air in Scandinavia, Iceland, Benelux, Greece, Central and Eastern Europe, Russia, Israel, Africa, Southeast Asia, India, the Middle East and Latin America, among other markets. Nickelodeon will also eventually broadcast the series’ second run, currently in production.

The Day Henry Met is produced by Dublin-based Wiggleywoo and distributed by Monster Entertainment. It has additionally been sold to RTÉ in Ireland; TV Ontario, Television Francaise Ontario and Knowledge Network in Canada; CANAL+ for all French-speaking territories worldwide; ABC in Australia; Kids TV in Korea; YLE in Finland; SVT in Sweden; and HMH in the U.S.
