LONDON: Mighty Magiswords, which premiered last year on the Cartoon Network Anything micro-network as a 15-second interactive series, is slated to launch this fall as a full-length linear series on Cartoon Network.

Kyle A. Carrozza created the series, which is produced at Cartoon Network Studios in Los Angeles. As part of its push to introduce fans to the new franchise, the network is preparing to roll out nearly 400 pieces of platform-specific content such as shorts, vlogs and mobile games based on the property.

Mighty Magiswords has been an incredible journey, starting as a simple interactive digital product and organically developing into a true multi-story world,” said Cartoon Network’s chief content officer, Rob Sorcher. “Expect Magiswords to continue expansion in tech and content, with new ways for the audience to participate, contribute, play, watch and collect.”
