Mattel and global racing game developer Milestone have launched the Hot Wheels Unleashed Design Battle, in which the winner’s design will be turned into a die-cast.

Players of Hot Wheels Unleashed can design a livery for the Hot Wheels Rodger Dodger die-cast model using the in-game Livery Editor. The winning design will be transformed into a real toy, available for purchase globally in December.

The winner will be chosen by a panel of Mattel’s designers, including Ted Wu, VP and global head of vehicle design; Bryan Benedict, director of product design; Dmitriy Shakhmatov, manager of product design; and Jerry Thienprasiddhi, principal graphic designer.

The contest runs now through February 14 and can be accessed via the PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One X, Xbox One and Steam.
