Mattel Adventure Park Opening in 2024

The Mattel Adventure Park, an entertainment destination featuring attractions inspired by the toy company’s portfolio of brands, is set to open in Arizona in 2024.

The 9-acre indoor/outdoor amusement park will feature a full-scale Barbie Beach House, Hot Wheels roller coasters, a Masters of the Universe laser tag arena and more. It will be open year-round.

The attractions also include Thomas & Friends: World of Sodor, featuring seven family-friendly experiential attractions and rides, including an indoor play space for younger visitors, and a mini golf experience made up of nine holes inspired by Magic 8 Ball, Pictionary and other Mattel games, as well as a custom climb UNO structure.

The Hot Wheels roller coasters are Hot Wheels Bone Shaker: The Ultimate Ride and the Hot Wheels Twin Mill Racer. The Bone Shaker will climb 84 feet in the air, while the Twin Mill Racer features a double loop and two corkscrews.

The amusement park is a collaboration between Mattel and Epic Resort Destinations, as well as other industry-leading partners in amusement and entertainment.
