Jazwares Inks YouTube Content Deal with USP Studios

SUNRISE: Jazwares has entered into a partnership with USP Studios, securing the licensing rights for the company’s original properties, including Baby Bao Panda, that are exclusively available on YouTube.

In addition, Jazwares’ idea incubation division, JazWings, and USP Studios will collaborate on the development of animated content based on new brands in the JazWings incubation program to launch on YouTube. A number of projects are already in the works, with new releases expected to debut as soon as this spring.
