Hey Duggee Renewed for Season 3

BBC Worldwide and CBeebies have commissioned a third season of the award-winning preschool series Hey Duggee.

The 52-episode new season is expected to transmit on CBeebies in fall 2018 before rolling out to other markets. Additional episodes from season two, including a Halloween special, are slated to air on CBeebies this fall, with more new episodes set to hit U.K. TV screens in spring 2018.

Season three will continue the story of Duggee and The Squirrel Club. The series is produced by Studio AKA and was created by senior director Grant Orchard.

Henrietta Hurford-Jones, director of children’s content and executive producer of Hey Duggee for BBC Worldwide, said, “Hey Duggee has fast become a firm favorite with children and their parents across the globe and we are incredibly proud of that, so we’re very much looking forward to working with the incredibly talented Studio AKA to deliver another fantastic series of Hey Duggee.”
